Custom Cutting Millwork is a full service millwork operation located in southeastern Pennsylvania. We have over
55,000 square feet of facility space to serve any millwork needs. We offer our millwork services to clients
on projects ranging from a few hundred dollars to projects in the hundreds of thousand dollars. No job is
too big or too small.
Our goal is to provide a hassle free relationship with our customers where our prices
reflect your expectations. Our commitment to customer service is evident in our willingness to listen
to your needs and provide you with a well-crafted product in a timely manner.

| Moulder Operations...
|

A wide range of product specifications and consistent quality standards are met with our molder line. The capacities range from 1/4 inch to 5 inches in thickness and 1/4 inch to 8-1/4 inches in width. Combining molding profiles can produce a maximum width of 17 inches. This gives customers and designers a wide variety of measurments to choose from when creating or selecting the right profile for the job. Over 3,000 profiles
to pick from and the CAD design team can design to meet your desired specifications..

Tool Room...
|
Our tool room is self contained and includes a wide range of state-of-the-art tool
making equipment. Everything from profile grinders, setup stands and even an
opto scope are here to keep our tooling consistent, sharp, and ready when we need
it. We are adding new moulding templates daily. If we don't have it, we certainly are
prepared to make it!
